Attorney (Warsaw Bar Association, 2011), attorney-at-law (Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, 2008) – practices as an attorney. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw and Centre For American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw. He acts as the Deputy Disciplinary Attorney of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Tomasz Mielke has conducted, on behalf of many reputable companies, litigations related to the infringement of intellectual property rights, unfair competition law as well as widely understood business law and criminal business law. He has gained his professional experience cooperating with one of the largest patent law firms in Poland and conducting his individual practice since 2008. He has participated in many international conferences on protection of intellectual property rights (AIPPI, LES, ECTA, BALKAN LEGAL FORUM) and is the author of publications on trademark law. In 2017 he served as an external expert to the Team appointed by the Minister of Justice to develop the concept of establishing intellectual property courts in Poland.
